Abstract

The ideal Islamic education for the future aims to form individuals who are not only academically intelligent, but also have strong character and good morals. This study uses a comprehensive literature analysis methodology, by reviewing various sources and references related to Islamic education and best practices from education systems in various countries. The results of the study indicate that the integration of Islamic values in the education curriculum is very important to create a generation that is able to face global challenges. In addition, a holistic approach that combines spiritual, moral, and intellectual aspects has proven effective in shaping the character of students. The recommendations produced include the development of a curriculum that is more contextual and relevant to the needs of the times, as well as training for educators to apply innovative teaching methods.
