Abstract: This study examines the implementation of cooperative learning strategies in the context of education. Cooperative learning is a student-centered learning approach where they work together in small groups to achieve a common goal. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this study aims to analyze various types of cooperative learning strategies, their effectiveness in improving learning outcomes, and the challenges of their implementation in learning practices. Data was collected through literature studies, classroom observations, and interviews with educators. The results showed that the implementation of cooperative learning strategies was positively correlated with increased academic achievement, social skill development, learning motivation, and students' critical thinking skills. The main challenges in implementation include time allocation, heterogeneous group formation, and assessment of individual contributions. This study concludes that cooperative learning strategies are an effective approach to improving the quality of learning when implemented with a proper understanding of the basic principles and supported by careful planning.Downloads
